Peter Sklar Workshop

“Earning a living in the Arts” - a workshop hosted by Peter Sklar, the producer of the upcoming Broadway production "The Kid Who Played the Palace".
Mr. Sklar, Ed. M. Harvard University, is a nationally-known speaker, educator, author, talent scout and producer with three decades of experience discovering and working behind-the-scenes with young performers such as Sara Jessica Parker, Reese Witherspoon, Mischa Barton, Ricki Lake, and hundreds of others. His clinic will focus on learning what it takes to realize your full potential as a young performer.
Admission is Free, but tickets are limited and must be reserved in advance. Please contact us to reserve your tickets.

Bravo Academy is very pleased to welcome back and present a Masterclass with renowned Musical Theatre/Opera educator Susan Eichhorn. She will be presenting a Musical Theatre workshop focusing on music theatre audition practices, which will feature a limited number of participants from our student body.
Susan has a thriving private studio in New York City, where she works with singers in opera, music theatre, jazz, pop/rock and the recording industry.
Masterclass taking place on Sunday, February 27th from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fee for Particpants Singing: $45 (includes accompanist)

Josh Abel MASTER CLASS

Bravo Academy is very excited to be hosting a performance workshop by sports psychologist Josh Abel (pictured). This clinic will focus on building and maintaining effective mental habits with regards to musical performance. Below is a brief description. We all know the feelings of nervousness, agitation and mental unrest that can accompany a performance - come check out the workshop to find out how to deal with them.

Bravo Academy is proud to announce that the Summer Teen Musical Theatre Troupe students raised $1500 for Muscular Dystrophy while working on their musical production of 13 by Jason Robert Brown. Thank you to all the students!

The Sound of Music
Michaela Snoyer was cast in the role of Louisa in the Mirvish production of The Sound of Music. Michaela is a musical theatre student at Bravo Academy and studies voice with Melissa Bencic.
