Musical Theatre, Classical, Pop, Rock, Jazz
Breanne Dietrich is a musical theatre performer and teacher and has studios at Bravo and Sheridan College. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory and a Bachelor of Classical Voice from The University of Western Ontario.
With an incredible passion for teaching and working with youth, Breanne specializes in training musical theatre performers. It is very important to Breanne to get to know each student, and create a teaching method and vocabulary that aligns with how that student experiences sound in their body. There is no ‘one way’ to teach voice and it’s the student who is the expert on their own instrument. Breanne loves to be a guide for her students and her overall goal is for them to walk away empowered, knowledgeable about their voice, and with a deep love of making music.
As an actor herself, Breanne provides her students with not only technical proficiency and musicianship skills, but also storytelling and acting coaching. She is deeply dedicated to her studio and has coached numerous students to top honours and scholarships with RCM, Kiwanis Music Festival and North York Music Festival. She is also very passionate about audition prep and has had students accepted to Sheridan and Tisch.
Breanne can often be found performing in Toronto. Most recent Toronto credits are Andy Warhol in Rehearsal (Mary Woronov), Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), Going Under (Mary Anne), and Legally Blonde (Vivienne). She has also produced and performed numerous solo concerts and cabarets in Toronto, Boston and New York.
Breanne adores Bravo and working with her bright, talented students every day.
